We are unable to accept returns on Beaux Supply Co oil unless there is damage, received the wrong product, or have a reaction to one of our products.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact beaxsupplyco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. Beaux Supply Co. will immediately correct the order and re-send you the right product within 2-3 days and cover the shipping costs.

If you would prefer a refund on the damaged product or on the item that you did not receive, please contact beauxsupplyco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or the package that you received as it was sent to you, as well as your order number and we will process the return on the missing or damaged item and refund you within 2-3 business days.

Currently, Beaux Supply Co. is only shipping domestically in the U.S.
We do not ship over the weekend
In-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days
USPS Standard Shipping (typically 1-3 business days, however delivery by a certain date is not available, in addition to 2-3 business day order processing)
UPS Ground (Guaranteed day-definite delivery, typically in two to six days, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, in addition to 2-3 business day order processing)

We offer complimentary USPS Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $75, all domestic orders under $75 ship for a flat rate.

Beaux Supply Co. will do our very best to track and replace package.
If address was entered incorrect into the shipping information on website, we are not responsible for replacing the order. If it is an error on our part, we will replace your order right away.
If the address is entered incorrectly at checkout and is returned to Beaux Supply Co., we will re-ship your order at a standard shipping cost.
Beaux Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if proof of delivery is generated through the shipping system. We will do everything on our end possible to assist you if lost or stolen.
